I called So Fit to ask how much a membership or month to month costs. The person who answered the phone started every sentence with, "I think it is....." or "I'm pretty sure...". So when I got off the phone, I still had no idea what the membership costs. I know what So Fit THINKS it costs. What good did it do me to even call?
I suggested to the person that she either ask someone or transfer the call to someone else that does know, and that it is not good to say to a potential customer, "I think" - it basically means you don't know. But, when I told her, she basically chuckled as if I was a moron or something.
The entire call was SO unprofessional that I can't imagine myself ever going to this gym.
I visited this gym while in Pooler and it's awesome! The staff are great and it has top of the line equipment. I didn't take a class, but I saw a class going on and it looked AWESOME! It was challenging and fun and some of the exercises we really unique, which is great because you can learn something during the classes too. I met Todd at the front and he was super nice and upfront about all the membership options.
I believe Brooke was the one teaching the class at the time and she was a fantastic instructor.
I've gone to the gym my entire life and I can tell you that this one is top-notch. You'll love the people and diverse equipment they have!
